Where is your shop based?
My shop is based in Italy!
How do you ship your orders?
I ship all my orders within 1-2 weeks and they all come with a tracked service. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as I create the label of your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide!
Keep in mind that the client who placed the order will be responsible for any VAT, taxes or custom fee.
For UK customers: I'm not registered to HM Revenue & Customs, so If you don't want your package to be held up in customs, please visit my shop on Etsy.
Why does the track start from The Netherlands, don't you ship from Italy?
Yes, I do ship from Italy, but European and International orders go to an hub in The Netherlands before being sorted for shipping, so don't panic if you see the tracking informations starting from there, it's completely normal!
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Once the order is shipped it will take:
- Domestic orders: 2 to 4 days
- Europe: 1 to 2 weeks
- International: 2 to 4 weeks.
Please keep in mind that in rare cases International orders may take up to 1/2 months to get delivered, so please be patient!
Also if you have any trouble with your package please contact your postal service first. They will definitely can be more helpful than me!
If I order in-stock items with pre-order items, will it all ship together?
If you order in-stock items with pre-order items, they will be shipped together once the pre-orders arrive to me. If you want to have in-stock orders as soon as possible, please place two different orders.
Can I combine orders?
If you need to combine orders please contact me.
Can I return or exchange my items?
I do not accept return or exchanges, sorry.
If the product shows any big imperfection or manufacturing mistakes please contact me.
Can I cancel my order?
If a shipment notification has not been sent to you, your order can be cancelled and refunded. Please contact me to arrange your cancellation.
What is your pin grading system?
Enamel pins are hand filled and made one by one, due to that they can present imperfections. I can only offer standard grade pins and they may present:
- Light scrathes
- Slightly uneven enamel fill
- Light plating imperfections
- Slighly misaligned screen printing
